August 28, 2005 - Fire : Our apartment and everything in it except us, the clothes on our backs, and our cell phones burned to ashes overnight. (Here's a journal entry about it.) My camera was lost, so these pictures, taken the next day, come from my friend Brooke's camera, though I was the photographer.
