My first-ever trip to Savannah happened on a lark. Aunt Bev mentioned to me that she and Cary were going there for vacation, and asked if I'd like to drive down on one of the days. We went to a tapas place (also a first for me), wandered around historic downtown, and took a carriage tour through the city. As it got darker we headed over to their hotel across the Savannah River, where we rested a bit and had dinner. It was a great day, and it inspired me to visit Savannah again!
These pictures are unfortunately not full-size; the original versions were lost in the
fire. These were the ones I had uploaded to the old Aubrey Family website. They have an annoying watermark on them, sadly.
