Nikko, a city most famous for its sprawling shrine and temple complexes, is a good day trip from Tokyo. We stopped here for a night on our way from Yamagata to Tokyo.

Heather Meadows > At this point, I was too fatigued to go on. This trip was very hard on me, because I was out of shape. I gave James my camera and he went on with the others to take pictures; Todd stayed with me, and we went to a coffee shop to allow me time to rest. (Nikko)
