When Sean's friend David came to visit us for the first time, it was up to me to entertain him while Sean was at work. On one of the visit days, I took him to Savannah. He liked it in general, but we spent too much time in the riverfront shopping area for his tastes. The highlight of the trip was Tybee Island, where we took off our shoes and played in the surf. It was my first time visiting that beach.
